The sublime Requiem by Mozart was commissioned by a masked stranger, partly written on the composer's death bed and was indeed, perhaps, his own Requiem! Preceded by a fabulous cantata by JS Bach, throughout which a recurring theme metamorphoses, giving music that is now restrained, now exultant, mirroring the spiritual and emotional journey from death to resurrection. A poignant yet exuberant evening of music.

Free carer tickets. The venue has wheelchair access and an accessible toilet.
