Two piano concertos by Mozart

Two piano concertos by the same composer and from the same year. And yet there is a world of difference. Mozart’s Twentieth piano concerto is imbued with the dark drama found in his operas. Pianist Olga Pashchenko knows like no other how to bring Mozart’s music to life on the historical grand piano.

A frequent performer at the Muziekgebouw, Pashchenko joins forces with the Flemish orchestra Il Gardellino, an ensemble that also performs on period instruments.
