Georgiana Hatara a une formation pluridisciplinaire, en lettres modernes et linguistique, théâtre, cinéma et musicologie. Dans le cadre de ses études en musicologie, elle a notamment suivi au Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris des cours d’esthétique et d’histoire de la musique, ainsi que d’analyse approfondie de musiques de films dans leur rapport à l’image (son domaine de prédilection).
