Formed in 2022, the Valo Quartet (Valo, meaning “light” in Finnish) unites four highly sought-after artists from across Europe. Their Philadelphia debut features cherished works by Debussy and Brahms, alongside the U.S. premiere of Soisin, Finnish composer Minna Leinonen’s homage to the swamps of her homeland.
