Renowned for choral music that is winning ever
wider audiences, Eric Whitacre makes his
Proms debut in a late-night showcase in
which the BBC Singers join forces with his
own vocal ensemble. His new work is inspired
by the Olympic motto ‘Citius, Altius, Fortius’
(Faster, Higher, Stronger).
