My Bachtrack membership terms and conditions

UPDATE: As of 18th February 2018, My Bachtrack membership is now closed to new members. What follows is the last statement of membership benefits prior to closure.

These terms and conditions apply to your membership of My Bachtrack. They form an agreement between you and us. By signing up for membership of My Bachtrack, you accept these terms and conditions, so you should read them carefully before signing up.

In these terms and conditions, “Us”, “We” or “Bachtrack” means Bachtrack Ltd, a company registered in England, no. company no. 06443197, registered office10 Wood Vale, London N10 3DP, United Kingdom. We can be contacted by emailing membership@bachtrack.com.

What is My Bachtrack?

My Bachtrack is a membership scheme for users of the website bachtrack.com. Members gain access to a range of website functionality and content not available to the general public, together with access to the My Bachtrack mobile app. For a current list of membership benefits, click here.

My Bachtrack membership applies to you only and may not be transferred to or shared with any other person.

How much does My Bachtrack cost?

My Bachtrack membership costs £5 per annum, including VAT.

Sign up process

To use My Bachtrack, you must be a registered user of bachtrack.com. If you are not already a registered user, you can register and apply for membership at the same time with a single form. To become a registered user, you must give us a valid email address to which you have access.

When you complete the sign-up form for the free trial, your trial membership will last for a period of one month, which includes all features of full membership (except for ad suppression).

You may activate full membership at any time by paying your first year's membership fee. If you activate full membership during the trial, full membership will start as soon as the trial ends. If you activate full membership after the trial has ended, full membership will start on the day of activation.

Full membership lasts for one year. You may renew your membership at any time from 30 days before it expires. If you renew membership during this period, your membership will be extended by one year. If you renew membership after your previous membership has ended, the new membership will start on the day you renew it.

By signing up to My Bachtrack membership, you promise us that:

• You are 18 years old or over

• You have made best endeavours to ensure that all information that you provide to us during the sign-up process is correct and that your payment method is current and valid

• You will comply with these terms and conditions and with any that apply to offers that you receive as part of your membership

Cancellation

During the period of your trial, up to the point at which you have activated your membership, you may cancel your membership at any time. No money will have been billed at this stage.

For 14 days from the time at which you have paid for your membership (either for activating or renewing it), you may cancel your membership and request a refund; upon receipt of your request, we will refund your membership in full.

After the 14 days have expired, you may cancel your membership but we will not make any refund. We do not make partial refunds for a membership which is cancelled in mid year.

To cancel, please sign into bachtrack.com, go to your “member centre” page, press the gear wheel labelled “Settings” and press “Cancel membership”.

Use of personal information

Please refer to our privacy policy for details of how this is used.

Third party offers

As part of your membership of My Bachtrack, we may present you with special offers from third parties, such as concert promoters, opera houses or travel businesses.

Such offers relate to good and services that are offered by a third party. Your contract for good and services is with the third party and not with Bachtrack. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that such offers are fulfilled, but we are not liable to you in connection with any third party offers.

Third party offers are personal to you and are not transferable, unless specifically permitted by the third party.

Each offer may be subject to its own terms and conditions which are additional to any terms shown here, and you should also read these terms and conditions before accepting the offer.

Email

We may send you newsletters related to your membership from time to time to help you get the best out of your membership. Each newsletter will contain a clear unsubscribe link which you may use if you do not want to receive similar emails.

Regardless of this, we will contact you by email if necessary for the operation of your membership.

General

These terms and conditions are governed by English law.

These terms and conditions are available in the English language only. We will not file a copy of our agreement with you.

These terms and conditions are a contract between you and us. No other person shall have any right to enforce any of the terms.

Your membership of My Bachtrack is personal to you. You may only transfer your rights or obligations under these terms and conditions to another person if we agree in writing.

Each section of these terms and conditions operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides any provision is unlawful, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We may revise these terms and conditions from time to time.
