In this sunny concert, Mariana Flores pays tribute to the women of Latin America and depicts their loves, sorrows and joys in music with popular songs from Argentina. She pays special tribute to Alfonsina Storni, the great Argentine poet of the early 20th century, whose work left its mark on Latin American literature and inspired many songs, including the unforgettable Alfonsina y el mar by Mercedes Sosa. Quito Gato, who arranged the music, accompanies her on piano and guitar, with Romain Lecuyer on double bass, introducing the audience to so3me of Argentina's most beautiful songs.
