Ara Malikian’s “Intruso”

Nobody likes being an outsider. But those who come from the margins see the established order through different eyes. Take Ara Malikian, the exceptional Armenian-Lebanese violinist, who, together with four Cuban musicians, enriches the classical heritage of Mozart and Bach with folk music, jazz, tango and klezmer.
