The spotlight then turns to Mendelssohn’s Violin Concerto in E minor, featuring internationally renowned Italian violinist Davide Alogna, soloist in residence with I Musici della Scala in Milan. Alogna’s virtuosic brilliance and expressive warmth illuminate every lyrical phrase of this beloved Romantic masterpiece. The evening concludes with Paul Hindemith’s Symphony Die Harmonie der Welt (The Harmony of the World), a work of striking depth, architectural precision, and rich orchestral complexity inspired by the cosmic ideas of Kepler.
