Sven Helbig’s Requiem A

Four renowned European choirs from France, Poland, Germany and the UK will unite to perform Sven Helbig’s Requiem A together with the London Contemporary Orchestra at London’s Westminster City Hall.

The line-up features opera singer René Pape , the Dresdner Kreuzchor (DE), Trinity Boys Choir (UK), Poznań Boys’ Choir (PL), La Maîtrise de Garçons de Colmar (FR), and composer Sven Helbig (DE) on live electronics — all under the baton of Kreuzkantor Martin Lehmann.

The world premiere in Dresden and the concert at Vienna’s Heldenplatz received overwhelming media acclaim from the BBC, The Times, The Telegraph, and many more.
