In 2006, Vasily Petrenko arrived in Liverpool for his first concert as Principal Conductor with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra.
15 years later, Vasily Petrenko, one of the longest-servicing conductors in the history of Liverpool Philharmonic, will end his tenure as Chief Conductor with these two very special concerts at Liverpool Philharmonic Hall. The programme for each will be the same.
We hope to be able to present these concerts with the full Orchestra on stage if government guidelines allow. Programme information, therefore, will be confirmed 21 June.
