Explore the wonderfully imaginative realms of sci-fi and fantasy films through the power of live music from the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.
This spectacular concert features thrilling themes from the iconic interplanetary worlds of Star Wars, Star Trek, Avatar, Superman, Dune and War of the Worlds. Plus music from time-travelling favourites such as Back to the Future, sci-fi classics such as 2001: A Space Odyssey, and extraterrestrial life in its many musical forms including E.T. and Guardians of the Galaxy.
Stephen Bell will also conduct excerpts from the fantastical film scores of The Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Spirited Away, KPop Demon Hunters and more.
