Donizetti's tragic work recounts the life and untimely end of Henry VIII's second wife, and marked the composer's emergence as one of the brightest names in Italian opera.
Following their 2018 production of L'incoronazione di Poppea, conductor Jeremy Silver and director Jenny Miller return to Longborough for this exhilarating bel canto masterpiece.
