| Blake Pouliot | Violín |
| Henry Kramer | Piano |
One of the bright new lights of the violin world, Blake Pouliot brings his virtuosity, charisma, and buttery tone to a lieder-influenced program performed with pianist and Avery Fisher Career Grant recipient Henry Kramer.
Leaning into the violin as a singing instrument, Pouliot’s program features arrangements of art songs by Fauré and Dvořák, interspersed with instrumental works by Schubert, Chausson, and others, including a new work and 92NY co-commission by acclaimed composer Jimmy Lopez. An imaginative program from two rising stars illustrating the influence of lieder on instrumental music.
