Royal Ballet School, School of American Ballet: the future is bright
An evening of outstanding dancing from the Royal Ballet School and the School of American Ballet. It was a case of spotting tomorrow’s stars in a beautifully balanced programme.
Their joyous performance was a heartwarming win!
I must admit I like NYCB’s recent trend away from the themed programming. The combinations can seem strange, but the performances have more variety.
Union Jack makes a welcome return to NYCB's repertoire
Union Jack isn't a Balanchine masterpiece – it's more of a fun-sterpiece, which is even better.
