Hear the winner of Sinfonia Smith Square’s renowned competition, the Peter Hulsen Orchestral Song Award, live in concert.
In a performance curated by the winner, discover a compelling selection of orchestral song performed at the highest level.
Established in 2008, the Peter Hulsen Orchestral Song Award is a biannual competition for outstanding graduate singers embarking on the profession. Previous winners, including Lotte Betts-Dean, Soraya Mafi, Božidar Smiljanić, and Gavan Ring, have gone on to perform title roles with leading opera companies, including English National Opera, Bavarian State Opera, and the Royal Opera House, and appear on the world’s most celebrated stages.
