Day Two of the Sustainable Career Development Conference at the Pehlivanian International Conducting
Competition 2026, live from the Auditorium of Festival Hall, Bled, Slovenia.
A favourable judgement does not always produce an engagement. Today is about the conditions in
between: what competitions and festivals actually confer, what an artistic career costs and earns, and how
institutions build pathways into the profession. Three sessions, no slides, no lectures.
16:00 to 20:00 CET.
