Wigmore Hall’s pioneering Voices of Today series continues with a major new commission for accordionist Hanzhi Wang and Ensemble intercontemporain from Katherine Balch, whose evocative scores embrace everyday sounds and weave them into extraordinary tapestries of instrumental colour and energy.
