Werk: Yo, Carmen

Made in 2014, Yo Carmen was featured in last year’s Edinburgh Festival.  It is a show with a powerful message and one which is occasionally riveting, mostly when Pagés herself is the focus of attention.

For the Edinburgh International Festival, María Pagés Company offers a new perspective on the character of Carmen, from the Bizet opera, in their production Yo, Carmen at the Edinburgh Playhouse.
