Intérprete: Orchestra of the Royal Opera House Covent Garden

Con una pareja tan excelsa encabezando el drama, el Onegin de John Cranko resulta conmovedor;

In The Royal Opera’s latest Wagner outing, Jakub Hrůša and the orchestra give a performance for the record books, while Evgeny Titov creates intelligently nuanced dystopia.

Lisette Oropesa leads a strong cast in an engaging revival of Richard Jones’ eye-catching account of a Handel masterpiece. Thomas Mayes' performance as Oberto marks him out as a talent to watch.

With its busy videography, Kasper Holten's 2014 production returns, vibrantly conducted by Stefano Montanari.

Iain Mackay is the best person to lead the Royal Ballet School into the future and presented a rich and diverse programme of legacy and new works.

Sara Blanch's Covent Garden debut, together with Juan Diego Flórez on top form, lead a fizzing revival of La fille du régiment from Royal Opera.
