The Bach Akademie Australia celebrates the Leipzig Collegium Musicum of the Baroque era with an entertaining concert of familiar works and rarities, including the outright "silly" concerto of Telemann's The Frogs.

For a composer of such undeniable genius and widespread popularity, it is strange that there aren’t too many opportunities to hear J.S. Bach’s cantatas performed live in concert.
