Henriette hat Musikwissenschaft und Alte Geschichte an der Humboldt-Universität in ihrer Heimatstadt Berlin studiert. Ihre Liebe zur klassischen Musik, vor allem der Chormusik in all ihren Facetten, entdeckte sie schon in ihrer Kindheit. In ihrer Freizeit singt sie in verschiedenen Chören; besonders angetan haben es ihr dabei die Werke Josef Rheinbergers und Morten Lauridsens.
