An excellent contemporary program at New York City Ballet
New York City Ballet’s Contemporary Choreography I is a generous, exciting program featuring two new ballets that premiered at this season’s Fall Fashion Gala.
Tiler Peck’s Symphonie Espagnole for NYCB is sprawling and ambitious
A triple bill including Tiler Peck’s newest ballet for NYCB, does not entirely work. Too much blue light and sadness for one program.
NYCB: spring season's new ballets draw a younger, more diverse crowd
Both the new works are accessible ballets in the neoclassical style that is typical of the company.
