Le metteur en scène ancre l'œuvre dans un contexte historique fort, au début de la guerre civile espagnole. Pour une expérience spectaculaire plus que convaincante, parfaitement incarnée par une distribution excellente.

Le metteur en scène propose une vision forte de l'opéra de Rossini mais qui manque de clarté. Si la direction musicale est au rendez-vous, le plateau vocal laisse une impression mitigée.
