Work: Cello Sonata no. 2 in D Major, Op 58

Violinist Joshua Bell and cellist Steven Isserlis came together with three other players to showcase the composer’s chamber music. 

Framed by passionate performances of Mendelssohn and Brahms, a gorgeous neo-Romantic work by Steven Stucky is unveiled in this installment of the 2015 Summer Festival.
