In a grand restaurant, two junior chefs are busy preparing various dishes; they have countless things to do, all in rhythm. As they work their way through their menus, the kitchen utensils become musical instruments, with the oven rack turning into a harp, the frying pan into a double bass, forks into a piano …
Combining musical prowess with the fine art of cooking, the company Minute Papillon has cooked up a fun introduction to opera for children from the age of 4. During the show, the two artists revisit the great melodies of Mozart, Puccini, Verdi, Rossini and Bizet in various styles: rap, techno and world music, among others. Get cooking!
