The concert opens with a contemporary work by Adam Maor, inspired by a real and deeply moving event during the Gulf War.
Star violinist Ava Bahari makes her debut with the Norrköping Symphony Orchestra, performing Bruch’s Violin Concerto – one of the most beloved works in the violin repertoire.
Conductor Elena Schwarz leads the concert, which also features Shostakovich’s Symphony No. 11, “The Year 1905”.
