Please note change of conductor and programme to previously advertised. Unfortunately David Zinman is no longer able to conduct the concert owing to ill health. We are pleased to welcome Jukka-Pekka Saraste who will step in to conduct in his place. Saraste is a highly-esteemed Finnish conductor who has conducted the LPO on multiple occasions. He feels a special affinity with late Romantic music, and maintains a particularly strong connection to the works of Sibelius.
