An immersive orchestral experience decoding the magic of classical music
What makes “classical music” classical? Do I have to know all the instruments to understand it? Do I have to understand it to enjoy it? A short answer: NO.
Classical music can be enjoyed – just like any other type of music!
Yip Wing-sie, with her magic wand, will be waving Hong Kong Sinfonietta into action… forming different shapes and sounds right before your eyes. You will be able to "see" the transformation and transfiguration of instrumental combination of sounds, beats and colours, breaking down the so-called “barriers” to the appreciation of classical music…
If you are brave enough, you might even be able to sit inside the orchestra for the full 360-degree experience!
We will also play musical games to test how well you can recognise some tunes.
A fun-filled musically immersive experience, for the family!
