Claus Peter Flor directs La Fenice forces with a fine quartet of soloists in the Requiem by Mozart that somewhat unjustifiably carries the composer's name, prefaced by a companion-piece motet.

Russian pianist Kozhukhin's performance of Rachmininov's Fourth Piano Concerto is the highlight of the evening but Flor and NSO deliver satisfying Dvořák and Boydell. 

A withdrawal by Daniel Harding gave Claus Peter Flor an opportunity to deliver a highly unusual Bruckner 3, whilst Andsnes gave subtle and unflashy Mozart.

Claus Peter Flor conducted the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra in a sparkling performance of Mozarts Piano Concerto no. 22 and a fine account of Mahler's First Symphony.
