Tan Dun conducts the LPO in the UK premiere of his Buddha Passion, hyped as “without precedent in the Western concert hall”. 

Chinese composer/conductor Tan Dun presented colourful works both he and another compatriot had composed together with pieces by Stravinsky.

Tan Dun, Keiko Mitsuhashi, and the Tokyo Philharmonic deliver an homage concert to Toru Takemitsu, utilizing orchestral music as a “garden” and a “theatre."
