Barrie Kosky brings his trio of Puccini productions to a close with another triptych: Il trittico in a triumphant staging. 

Strong musical performances in a flawed and confused production revived for the autumn season at Glyndebourne. 

It's been in the Glyndebourne rep for almost fifty years, but John Cox's production, complete with Hockney's iconic set, remains timeless. Robin Ticciati's superb conducting and an excellent cast made this latest revival a complete success.

A memorable performance makes a worthy memorial to the late, great Bernard Haitink, who conducted the production's premiere. 

Shortened and simplified to adapt to restrictions, David Bösch's 2016 production succeeds in bringing Mozart's brilliant opera to a modern setting with a splendid cast of singers.

Dominic Wheeler did full justice to Britten’s brilliantly colourful and haunting score right from those first eerie glissandi.

Fine performances from a confident cast brought some terrific singing as well as depth of characterisation in Stravinsky’s only full-length opera.
