On their farewell Asian tour, András Schiff and his group Cappella Andrea Barca offer a programme of Bach's keyboard concertos performed in the spirit and style of chamber music.

A chance to experience two sides of Sir András Schiff's artistry, as pianist and conductor, made for an especially memorable experience in this collaboration between the Hungarian artist and the Seattle Symphony Orchestra.

In an all-Bach programme at Zurich’s historic Tonhalle, Canadian pianist Angela Hewitt recently took over both keys and baton in concert with the Zurich Chamber Orchestra (ZKO). 

Worlds apart from those interpretations where Bach's expressivity is left to speak for itself, tonight's approach provided a complementary carapace that navigated us through Bach's score in unexpected ways.
