Dix ans après le décès de Pina Bausch, le Tanztheater fait appel à Dimitris Papaioannou pour créer une œuvre. Since she est un spectacle qui fusionne réminiscences bauschiennes et la nouvelle esthétique du chorégraphe grec.

Connu à travers le monde pour avoir chorégraphié la cérémonie d’ouverture des Jeux Olympiques d’Athènes en 2004, Dimitris Papaioannou, pilier de la danse contemporaine grecque, est pour la première fois invité à se produire en France et dévoile à cette occasion une forme plus personnelle de son travail.
