Coffee Concert | Love-struck chamber cantatas

This concert will be a surprise for most of us. Concerto 1700 have an electrifying partnership with the Portuguese soprano, Ana Vieira Leite. She is a laureate of ‘Le Jardin des Voix’, Les Arts Florissants Academy for young Baroque singers and performs in Baroque opera all over Europe. She will sing two magnificent chamber cantatas by Domenico Scarlatti, each with two arias and linking recitative singing of love and betrayal. In between Daniel Pinteno will play violin sonatas by Emanuele Barbella and Francesco Geminiani, two Italian wandering minstrels, one headed to Madrid the other to Dublin.
