In 2026, the Bayreuth Festival Theatre celebrates its 150th anniversary. The only work tailor-made for Bayreuth is «Parsifal», which premiered in July 1882. As the second Bayreuth guest performance after 2024, Pablo Heras-Casado conducts excerpts from the piece with the Austrian Kammersänger Andreas Schager in the main role.
