Forming an ensemble to perform one particular piece? Violinist Diet Tilanus and clarinettist Olivier Patey did just that. Their dream: Schubert's Octet. This chamber music work of symphonic allure requires trust, friendship, and the ability to listen and breathe together. Behold the Fantasie Ensemble: a circle of kindred spirits, connected by shared imagination.
