Royal Northern Sinfonia are joined by Antje Weithaas, winner of the Opus Klassik ‘Instrumentalist of the Year 2025′ award, to direct and play the violin solo.
Strings are in the spotlight for this concert. We’ve got two of the most popular pieces out there – Tchaikovsky’s Serenade for Strings and Mendelssohn’s Violin Concerto – plus Romanian Folk Dances by Bartók.
