Lora Dimitrova is a Steinway Artist and a distinguished pianist, who at the start of her career she became Sir Georg Solti's protégé and distinguished herself in international competitions (Senigallia, Italy; Leeds International Piano Competition, UK; Van Cliburn International Piano Competition, USA) including first prize at the International Music Competition "Maria Callas" International Piano Competition, Greece. This piano recital is the opening event for our concert series, now in its third year and is curated by pianists Natalie Tsaldarakis and Panayotis Archontides (Ivory Duo Piano Ensemble). The recital is based on the theme of fantasy.
With the purchase of the evening recital ticket, audience members can also attend for free the masterclass with the same artist, which starts at 4:30pm and features budding young pianists.
