The brightest of many stellar things to have happened in dance over the past decade, Acosta Danza wowed the audience at Sadler's Wells with their vitality.

Fast paced and original: three Polish premieres arrive in Wrocław

There is no specific spotlight in any of the pieces. In all three, the choreography is shared and there are no grand solos or flashy principals to steal attention. 

Hit & Miss: Ballet Boyz 14 Days

Artistic directors of Ballet Boyz Billy Trevitt and Michael Nunn stage a speed dating style collaboration, match making four choreographers with four composers. The quality of performance is top-notch, but the choreography is pot luck in places. 

Les Enfants Terribles

An incredible musical performance - by pianists and singers - that is not well enough matched by the visual experience of cluttered creativity in which excellent dancers are often anonymous 

A Passing Cloud that leaves few impressions

Royal New Zealand Ballet’s mixed bill A Passing Cloud leaves very few impressions of Pasifika culture and war commemoration but is transfigured by Bach, at the Linbury Studio Theatre.
