De l’électro à l’Opéra Garnier avec Tree of Codes

Wayne McGregor est de retour à l’Opéra de Paris pour présenter Tree of Codes, en collaboration avec le compositeur électro Jamie xx et le plasticien Olafur Eliasson. Mais aussi sympathique soit-elle à voir, la chorégraphie ne propose pas grand-chose d’autre que son caractère branché, purement décoratif, en fait de concept artistique.

Outstanding dance, right up there in the top drawer of McGregor’s choreography, but would have been better seen in a less accessorised state.
