Jamiel Devernay-Laurence’s winning formula for his Ballet Nights series has brought in new and old works, concert and dance, and continues to push the boundaries into 2026.

Returning for its first anniversary, Arielle Smith and Aaron S Watkin’s Nutcracker for English National Ballet remains a feast for hungry eyes, despite its flaws. 

In true Ballet Nights tradition, Bound in Motion presented the Cadogan Hall audience with an eclectic mix of old and new works and some outstanding performances.

Ballet Nights 008 – Spring into Summer proved to be a judicious choice of quality and diverse repertoire. 

English National Ballet present a riveting triple bill of William Forsythe's works including audience favourite Playlist (EP) at Sadler's Wells.

Jamiel Devernay-Laurence's Ballet Nights series is growing rapidly in appeal, just one year after its launch. With ever more ambitious projects afoot and a packed Cadogan Hall, it's worth seeing.
