Performer: Osmo Vänskä

Soprano Helena Juntunen does her best in Sibelius’ songs but finds little support from Osmo Vänskä and the CBSO. 

In the second of his Mozart concerto appearances with the Philharmonia, Mao Fujita plays the heavenly Piano Concerto no. 25 in C major. 

The Philadelphia Orchestra's concert also served as a tribute to Michael Tilson Thomas, who was to have conducted the performance before withdrawing for cancer treatment.
