For one night only, audiences in Frankfurt were treated to some world class ballet on the expansive stage of the Jahrhunderthalle.

Ballet Icons Gala 2025 was the 19th since its inception. One can only applaud the dedication of Olga Balakleets, Founder and Artistic Director, for bringing many of the world’s most eminent dancers.

Salvatore Viganò's choreography for Beethoven's 1801 ballet Prometheus has not survived, but a trio of creators put their own stamp on the score in Amsterdam.
