Close Up Classical with David Arnold

Film composer, David Arnold, has, amongst many of his incredible achievements, written the music for multiple James Bond films - including Tomorrow Never Dies, The World is Not Enough and Casino Royale.

Away from the world of film David maintains a career as a successful record producer and songwriter, having worked with a wide range of contemporary artists including KD Lang, Pulp, Chrissie Hynde, Iggy Pop, Garbage, Aimee Mann, George Michael and Damien Rice.

The Close Up Classical series features intimate encounters with some of our best-loved VIP musicians, actors and personalities as they talk to Lizzie Ball and James Pearson about the classical music that has shaped their life. Lizzie and James will then perform their choices alongside other members of the Ronnie Scott's Classical All Stars.
