A reflection on time and memory, in dialogue with the festival theme Time Does Not Exist, lies at the heart of the new creations by 26-year-old Polish choreographers and dancers Julia Bentkowska and Julia Litwin, together with Tunisian choreographer Amine Mazhoud, based in Brussels, where he graduated in contemporary dance from P.A.R.T.S., the school founded by Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker.
They are the three winners of Biennale College Choreographers who, following a residency in Venice involving classes, workshops and repertory work, created their pieces under the guidance of Wayne McGregor and his team, now presenting them together in a single evening. Three perspectives from a new generation of auteur choreography.
