Opera becomes child’s play. A mischievous adventure to discover the greatest arias without getting bored, guided by Cerise Calixte (the French voice of Moana and Ariel).
On Wednesdays, Cerise loves visiting her grandfather to play, sing, or dream around the piano. But on this particular day, he has an unexpected surprise in store: a first visit to the Opera. The Opera? A mysterious place that intrigues as much as it impresses… No sooner has she arrived than Cerise meets a frantic conductor: his baton has disappeared and the show cannot begin. Without hesitation, the little girl sets off to find it and ventures into the teeming world of opera.
From discovery to discovery, encounter to encounter, she draws the young audience into the greatest arias by Mozart, Bizet, Offenbach, Gounod, Verdi, and Ravel. A joyful, narrative show, designed as a first gateway into the world of opera, from age 6.
