Emmanuel Bernier a étudié au Conservatoire de musique et d’art dramatique du Québec, où il a obtenu un Prix avec distinction en orgue et un diplôme d’études supérieures en chant. Il a été collaborateur au quotidien Le Soleil, en plus d’être rédacteur pour plusieurs sociétés de concerts. Il effectue présentement des études de doctorat en histoire contemporaine à l’Université Laval à Québec.
