Performer: Tenebrae

Tenebrae transforms the Elbphilharmonie into a living instrument, exploring centuries of choral music through spatialised sound, Pärt’s tintinnabuli, Renaissance masterpieces and contemporary innovations in a vivid acoustic experiment.

In an evening pairing two English classics, Sir Antonio Pappano conducts the London Symhony Orchestra in Elgar’s Violin Concerto and an out-of-this-world account of Holst’s The Planets. 

Compositrice et songwriter, choriste et violoncelliste, cette artiste aux multiples facettes revient sur son parcours et son premier « grand » opéra, Three Lunar Seas, dont la création est prévue en mai à Avignon.
