Le Quintette en mi bémol majeur pour piano et vents KV 452 de Mozart et le Sextuor à cordes Souvenir de Florence opus 70 de Tchaïkovsky à la Salle Pasteur de Montpellier, deux esthétiques différentes, deux ensembles de musique de chambre différents, deux niveaux d'interprétation d'une différence saisissante !

Le vendredi 15 janvier 2016, deux concerts s'enchaînaient à la Salle Cortot: à 20h, du Brahms, puis à 21h30 du Tchaïkovski. Les interprètes, tous plus excellents les uns que les autres, ont partagé avec le public un moment d'une intensité exceptionnelle.

Le 21 novembre 2015 a eu lieu le premier concert public du Centre de musique de chambre de Paris, à la Salle Cortot. A feast of Russian chamber music was what was on offer for the Australian Chamber Orchestra’s latest concert. Featuring music by Prokofiev, Shostakovich and Tchaikovsky in a program entitled Russian Visions, the ACO with guest soloists Steven Osborne and David Elton provided an evening of music which was visionary, electrifying and intense in equal measures.

Regarded as one of the best young string quartets around today, the Quatuor Ebène have made a name for themselves with their homogeneity of sound, in equal parts vibrant and mellifluous, and the powerful immediacy of their playing.

The Amsterdam Sinfonietta is an ensemble that is comfortable with both old and new repertoire, and often performes contemporary music.
